Tell us about Geodezik.
	Geodezik is a multimedia company specializing in video content production and system design for stage shows, public events and permanent installations. We also act as video consultants for stage and architectural design. Our company offers a comprehensive vision in multimedia: from project design to final showing. We create original content and new technology with the help of a community of visual artists and stage and new media professionals. Justin Timberlake, Cher, Cirque du Soleil, Bette Midler, The Killers, Linkin Park, Tina Turner, more and more, world class entertainers are turning to our creation team to find video design solutions for their stage acts. Our organization’s flexibility and versatility means we can adapt to a wide variety of projects to meet the aesthetic and technical needs of our clients. A network of collaborators and business partners make it possible for us to assemble a production structure that can create original video content for each project, as well as on-site technical support. Geodezik can become involved at any step in a project, but our team favours a global approach for each production, from the first video set design sketches, through storyboarding and directing the content, to presenting the images in their final form. To continue to offer services customized to meet the needs of our clients and partners, we are constantly on the lookout for the latest technological innovations. In the recent years, we have developed close relationships with cutting edge technology designers such as Coolux (http://coolux.de), Realisations.net (http://realisations.net) and Philippe Jean (http://www.ateliers-numeriques.net/project-detail.php?recordID=4). With the help of these experienced collaborators, Geodezik is able to respond to the multiple creative and technological challenges offered by the entertainment industry.

Who are the members of Geodezik?
	Jimmy Lakatos: Producer, video system and content designer. In 2005, Jimmy designed the video control and projection system on Delirium from Cirque du Soleil. He also recently designed the video content for the Waikiki Nei show in Hawaii and developed the concept of “virtual conductor” for Kent Nagano and the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal. In 2007, Jimmy supervised the design of the giant video sphere featured in Zaia, a recent Cirque du Soleil show that is now running in Macau, China. He is currently working on the development of new projects and technologies. Olivier Goulet: Producer, stage and video content designer. During the course of 2007 and 2008, Olivier has design and produce video content for the new Eros Ramazotti, Pink, Mariah Carrey, Tina Turner tour, Cher’s and Bette Midler’s Ceasars Palace shows and the chinese musical Butterflies. Olivier is currently producing the videos for Whitney Houston and Alicia Keys.

Give us a few examples of your work.
	- For Justin Timberlake’s Future Sex/Love Show, we first collaborated on the design for the system of circular video screens that encircled the stage (this is known as video-set design). Geodezik then designed and produced visual content to be projected during each song featured in the show, somewhat like a series of music videos (storyboarding, filming, producing 2D animation, off-line and on-line editing). Finally, we supervised the technical integration of these images during the live shows in San Diego. Visit our “Projects” section for a look at the final result. - For the Killers’ Sam’s Town Tour, our team designed and produced exclusive video content for a “stealth” video wall backing the stage. We integrated the images during the show and supervised video production on tour. Visit the “Projects” section for images from the show. - Geodezik is desiged and produced video projection content for Cirque de Soleil's Zaia show. On the technical side, our company and its collaborators designed and supervised the installation of the projection system. Members of Geodezik were present during the rehearsals in Macao to integrate the video projections into the stage show.
